There are lots of reasons to love martial arts and fitness. As a martial artist/athlete I love it because no matter what's going on in my life at the time, the second I walk through the doors of a gym all of my problems dissapear. Any stress I have on my mind is instantly gone and that allows me to respond to situations more logically and think more clearly.

As an instructor, I love teaching because I know the value of martial arts and fitness. I know how it has improved my life and it makes me happy when it also improves other people's lives as well. The physical, mental and even emotional progress people make with the help of martial arts and fitness training is 100% worth the effort.
